You may use custom CSS to style your documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that your custom CSS does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
If you choose a paid plan, you agree to our pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.
You may cancel your subscription to the Service at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. After the first 30 days, no refunds will be issued. To cancel your subscription and request a refund, please contact us at info@portle.io.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BETACREW SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
